Marla Frazee: Children’s Book Authors Everyone Should Know

Marla Frazee author study from My Storytime Corner

Marla Frazee is next on my list of Children’s Book Authors Everyone Should Know. I first learned about Marla Frazee through her illustrations in Everywhere BabiesThis was one of my daughter’s absolute favorite books as a baby and toddler. Her favorite part was Marla Frazee’s darling illustrations. She would sit on the floor with it on her lap and gently touch the little babies on each page. She lovingly wore this book out after a year of daily reads and we bought her a new copy.

Marla Frazee is the author and illustrator of so many beautiful books. I love her illustration style, but I also love the quirky, lovely way she tells stories. She is a three-time Caldecott Honor recipient which is simply astounding. You might know her from the Boss Baby book or series that it inspired. You can learn more about her and her work on her website. Website: https://www.marlafrazee.com/
